In early 2024, we were referred to Holistic Family Wellness owner Chad Sperry by a mutual friend. Chad had purchased the functional medicine practice a few years earlier and was ready to make it his own and take it to the next level and needed a complete rebrand from the ground up.
StoryBrand Messaging
Every project begins with messaging. As we always say, “If you don’t have the right words, nothing else you do will matter.”
Joe spent a morning on-site with Holistic Family Wellness, getting to know their practice, their customers, and their goals for their practice.
From that session came a clear brand message that resonates with their ideal patients and forms the foundation of everything we built together.
Logo Design
Chad Sperry and his wife and partner, Natalie Sperry, are very moved by the Flower of Life. However, the design of the Flower of Life is very kaleidoscopic and a bit much for the eye.
So, our designer took the Flower of Life as inspiration and transformed their brand into a simple and elegant logo design that welcomes patients into a more holistic and healthy lifestyle.
This became the visual foundation of everything we do together, ensuring all of their marketing material is consistent and attractive across the board.
Homepage Wireframe & Website Creation
After determining the right words to reach their ideal patients and creating a gorgeous new visual brand, we were ready to write and build a new website.
This new website is already delivering for Holistic Family Wellness. They’re getting new patient inquiries daily and outperforming their local competitors in Google search performance.
Lead Magnet Copy and Design
Many people have concerns when they hear “holistic wellness” or “functional medicine.” They want to try a different approach to their health and wellness, but these terms can feel a bit like voodoo to those who have only ever utilized traditional medical practices.
So, we created a PDF guide that walks skeptics through some common myths about functional medicine, provides details to help them overcome those objections, and encourages them to book an assessment with HFW.
After researching and writing the document, our designer created a beautiful design and layout we can deliver to potential patients.
Once requested, each person receives a 5-email welcome series, written by us, that nurtures them toward booking an assessment with the practice.
